You would have to drive far from the city but the experience is amazing. MY EXPERIENCEI came to Iceland with my family during the winter and I didn’t expect how cold, rainy, and windy it would be. But anyway, we spent a night in the Blue Lagoon hotel and went on the full tour of the best places in Iceland. We also went norther lights hunting twice and it was amazing. During new year’s eve we did the countdown in the city center and it was very festive since apparently locals compete on who has the best fireworks show.
